СДС-450
a nozzle-type disc separator designed for three-phase separation of a heterogeneous liquid mixture (light liquid - heavy liquid - solid).
СДС-450 is used for clarifying tung oil, has high separation efficiency, high productivity and excellent durability.

ПДС-350
piston-type disk separator designed for three-phase separation of a heterogeneous liquid mixture (light liquid - heavy liquid - solid) or two-phase separation of the initial mixture (liquid - solid).
ПДС-350 is used for refining vegetable oil. The equipment is also used for the separation, clarification or concentration processes of a three-phase immiscible emulsion in the medical and chemical industries.
ЛС-560
high-speed disk separator designed for concentrating latex in the initial solution. Solid separation is provided by rotating the bowl about a central axis, depositing the solid on the inner disks of the separator and removing water by centrifugal force.
ЛС-560 can also be used for degreasing milk. Skimmed milk and cream are pumped out by centrifugal pump, sediment is discharged automatically. The machine uses automatic control, is highly efficient and easy to use.
ЛС-460
high-speed disk separator designed for concentrating latex in the initial solution. Solid separation is provided by rotating the bowl about a central axis, depositing the solid on the inner disks of the separator and removing water by centrifugal force. Dehydrated latex and clarified water are collected in special containers through a drain slot. Removal of solid particles deposited on the inner wall of the bowl is carried out mechanically, with a special scraper.
DBP
disk separator intended for yeast concentration and centrifugal separation of two-phase heterogeneous mixtures. DBP is a new type of ring (piston) separator with automatic solid discharge. The machine can also be used in food (clarification of wine and fruit drinks), brewing (clarification of beer), chemical and pharmaceutical industries and is capable of continuously cleaning liquid suspensions.
DHP
outlet disk separator intended for separation of two-phase heterogeneous mixtures. DHP can be used in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The separator consists of the following main units: a frame with a drive, a drum, a receiving-outlet device, a separator cover, a sediment receiver. Drum, inlet-outlet device, sludge receiver, as well as all parts in contact with the product, are made of stainless steel.
