This allowed us to increase our labor productivity, improve quality of welding operations and increase volume of our products.

Besides robotic welding complexes, MASHKHIMPROM LLC has modern welding equipment (Lincoln, Esab, Fronius), as well as equipment for welding titanium, 2 welding consoles for submerged arc welding in semi-automatic mode.

Our welders have already mastered the art of welding on the first, second and third levels, and work on advanced equipment from Lincoln, ESAB companies.
Our specialists perform carbon dioxide welding, argon mixture welding, automatic submerged arc welding, as well as welding of dissimilar metals, which we can perform in all spatial positions.
In addition, we have extensive experience in the machining, bending and welding of stainless steels and titanium alloys of any thickness. Our bending and welding equipment allows to work with metals up to 100 mm thick with a length of up to 3 m and up to 50 mm thick with a length of up to 6 m.
Our specialists are ready to perform the "turnkey" work.
The company has installation sites that can quickly carry out supervision of installation and adjustment of equipment on the Customer's area.
All equipment at our enterprise passes through non-destructive testing methods – ultrasonic (UT), capillary (RT), and visual (VT).
At any stage and at any time, the Customer or his representative can personally inspect and evaluate the quality of work performed. Besides, we have an independent technical control department, and the output quality is confirmed by a mandatory certificate. Therefore, we are confident in our products and give a warranty of two years or more, depending on their purpose.
We have also created our own service center that performs routine maintenance during operation.
2 sites with an area of 1500 sq. m., equipped with two gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons each, allows us to perform control assembly of large-sized equipment and quickly prepare it for shipment.
2 production halls with an area of 2600 sq. m., height – 17 m., lifting hook height – 10 m.
