Over the past 16 years, we have implemented a number of large projects: the construction of a plant for the production of potassium nitrate "BKM", participation in the construction of the Petrikovsky GOK (Belarus) and the Garlytsky GOK in the Republic of Turkmenistan, the design and manufacture of complex technological lines for OJSC "Belaruskali" (dissolution, RVKU ) and the Ulba Metallurgical Plant (refining production). Since 2021, we have completed reverse engineering and launched the production of high-tech complex equipment - an analogue to imported models that have left the market: Ferrum and Andritz centrifuges, Metso, Sulzer, Egger pumps, Hazemag crushers, "FAM", screening machines "ROTEX", etc.

At our enterprise, each and every person is an essential link in a common chain, and therefore we do not know a meaning of “defeat”. Thanks to highly qualified engineering personnel in the field of welding and IT technologies, MASHKHIMPROM LLC has projected, developed, manufactured and implemented 4 robotic systems for welding large-sized complex parts, which have no analogues in Europe and the CIS countries. This allowed us to increase our labor productivity, improve quality of welding operations and increase volume of our products.

Unique equipment from global manufacturers with numerical control allows us to work even with titanium alloys. Therefore, we offer the most technologically advanced and affordable products on the European markets.

Besides robotic welding complexes, MASHKHIMPROM LLC has modern welding equipment (Lincoln, Esab, Fronius), as well as equipment for welding titanium, 2 welding consoles for submerged arc welding in semi-automatic mode.

We are not a mass production company and work with every Customer individually. We understand its problems and difficulties, and we can quickly complete the work in the shortest possible time.

We are masters in the manufacture of equipment from low-carbon, alloy, and titanium alloys, and we are able to switch from one task to another as quickly as possible.

Our company provides a system of advanced training and certification of personnel at a level of the best specialized universities in Belarus. That is why virtuosos of their craft work with us.

Our welders have already mastered the art of welding on the first, second and third levels, and work on advanced equipment from Lincoln, ESAB companies.

Our specialists perform carbon dioxide welding, argon mixture welding, automatic submerged arc welding, as well as welding of dissimilar metals, which we can perform in all spatial positions.

In addition, we have extensive experience in the machining, bending and welding of stainless steels and titanium alloys of any thickness. Our bending and welding equipment allows to work with metals up to 100 mm thick with a length of up to 3 m and up to 50 mm thick with a length of up to 6 m.

Our specialists are ready to perform the "turnkey" work.

The company has installation sites that can quickly carry out supervision of installation and adjustment of equipment on the Customer's area.

MODERN METHODS OF QUALITY CONTROL

All equipment at our enterprise passes through non-destructive testing methods – ultrasonic (UT), capillary (RT), and visual (VT).

At any stage and at any time, the Customer or his representative can personally inspect and evaluate the quality of work performed. Besides, we have an independent technical control department, and the output quality is confirmed by a mandatory certificate. Therefore, we are confident in our products and give a warranty of two years or more, depending on their purpose.

We have also created our own service center that performs routine maintenance during operation.

PRODUCTION BASE

2 sites with an area of 1500 sq. m., equipped with two gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons each, allows us to perform control assembly of large-sized equipment and quickly prepare it for shipment.

2 production halls with an area of 2600 sq. m., height – 17 m., lifting hook height – 10 m.
